GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR

Ellie, a Clarksville native, has been a life long athlete. She started her fitness journey as a basketball player, even at the collegiate level at Sewanee: University of the South, where fitness became a normal part of her everyday life. Ellie is a Physical Education Teacher at Clarksville High School, where she also teaches girls weight lifting and is the Head Coach for the girls basketball team. Go Wildcats!

As a fitness coach, Ellie aspires to help build strength, confidence, and a life long community at Nourish & Lift. Aside from the gym and coaching, she enjoys walking her dog Asher, attending her fiancés football games, and trying out new recipes in the kitchen.

AESTHETICIAN & MAKEUP ARTIST

Issamar is originally from San Diego, CA. She is a military spouse and a mom of 2 children. As a young girl, she was always been so drawn to the beauty industry and in 2012, she decided to begin her journey in free lance makeup. She became a Licensed Esthetician in the state of Colorado in 2019 and started her own business just two short weeks after. After moving to Clarksville in early 2020, she started her business back up in December and has then dedicated herself to her career with focusing on providing quality self-care services and education within her industry and expertise. She is passionate about providing a safe, intimate yet professional and informative environment at all times.

LASH ARTIST

Krista is the owner of Ohh so Lashin’. She is 27 years old, a Licensed Esthetician and a 2x certified lash artist of almost 5 years. She is originally from Kansas City but has been in Clarksville for 9 yeas, 7 of those years spent with her now fiancé and together they have a beautiful 5 year old boy who is full of love and energy. Krista is passionate in providing relaxing and luxurious services and strives to create strong bonds with all her clients, who she calls her work besties!! She loves to advocate proper lash education just as much as she loves performing the services.

PLAYROOM SUPERVISOR

Cecilia is originally from El Salvador but move to New Jersey at the age of 11 years, and has resided in Clarksville since 2016. She has dedicated her life to raising her two boys, and has been a stay at home mom since 2017. Cecilia has had experience with providing childcare services since she was 16 years old and has grown to have a love and patience for children of all abilities. Her hobbies include Crossword puzzles and Sudoku. Cecilia also owns a small business, Rosa Crafts, which consist of flower arrangements and almost all types of crafts.

LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST

Michelle, who also goes by Shelly, is originally from New Jersey. She is a graduate of the Cumberland Institute of Holistic Therapies in Brentwood, TN and have been a LMT since 2023. Her approach to her practice will include Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, prenatal, and passive stretching depending on each individual's needs. Michelle has many interests, including making pottery, music, and her own personal health and fitness.  She truly enjoys to continue to learn about each of her interest and how each they integrate and compliment each other.
